Agility ladders are a fantastic and popular training aid to enhance foot speed, agility, coordination and balance. The HART Flat Agility Ladders have adjustable flat rungs to create different size squares, with spacer markers at 45cm intervals. The ladders have hook and loop attachments so multiple ladders can be joined end to end.

Available in two sizes; 4m: 9 rungs, 8m: 18 rungs.
Rungs are 5mm (H) x 37mm (W).
Rungs can be slid up and down the side webbing to adjust the size of the squares.
Suitable for all levels of ability.
Ideal for harder surfaces.
Not recommended on slippery indoor surfaces.
